Design for a Human Future is an immersive installation that shapes a space for reflection and dialogue in Barcelona. This unique experience highlights the role of design as a powerful agent of change and its potential to contribute to a sustainable future. The installation consists of 17 questions displayed in public space as a forest of flags, inviting visitors to explore the interconnection between design and the Sustainable Development Goals.

Located in the central Gardens of Queen Victoria, this installation has been created through collaboration between Domestic Data Streamers and Escofet. Escofet, a company committed to city transformation and the promotion of inclusive use of public space, focuses on more sustainable mobility through the design and industrialization of urban elements and architectural concrete.

Don’t miss the inauguration of this impactful installation, which will take place from October 16th to 29th and is part of the 200th Anniversary program of Passeig de Gràcia.

  • Organized by: Barcelona Design Center
  • Collaboration: Escofet and the Barcelona Promotion Foundation
